A free unofficial expansion pack for Command & Conquer: Red Alert 2 Yuri's Revenge, which retells, expands and continues the story of the original game. Enhanced with Ares DLL, Mental Omega strives to bring many new features to the game, including a 133-mission campaign, cooperative and a brand new faction: the Foehn Revolt.
With the early game revamp come new structures for each of the vanilla factions, to allow them to acquire additional options sooner. Each of these new buildings become available immediately after constructing Barracks on the battlefield.
The Allied Arsenal Depot provides 2 Medics when built first, and access to the Cryoshot power. Once a Tech Center is built, the Cryoshot is upgraded into a Cryospear. Additionally, the Depot unlocks Gun Turret, Field Medic and Siege Cadre.
The Soviet Field Bureau can reverse-engineer the captured enemy infantry, and provides access to Battle Bunkers and the Instant Shelter, as well as Pyro and the Tesla/Shock Trooper. When a Radar Dish is additionally present, Drakuvs can be deployed near any of the Field Bureaus.
The Epsilon Synthesis Vault provides Regen Drugs for rapid infantry healing, which are upgraded to more powerful Wonder Drugs when Cloning Vats are built. On its own, the Vault unlocks Brutes, Bloaticks and Tank Bunkers, as well as reinforces the internal structure of Tank Bunkers nearby.

Look I am too "Impatient" but at the same time the MO devs could be fixing/polishing off the 3.3.5 update because we all know speeder doesn't like to send off a half done update which could be full of bugs and script errors etc.

Actually, the Arsenal Depot itself is an armory, as for the others, the Field Bureau is a prison facility, and the Synthesis Vault is a basic research lab (other than the Pandora Hub), Foehn doesn't have an "Armory", but the Foehn equivalent is the Nanofiber Loom, as it unlocks support units and a support power too.
The new art makes it looks a little too much like a neutral building rather than an Allied building, which is what the original RA Online art looked like. I feel like the new art looks nicer, but it needs some touching up to fit with the rest of the Allied building art.
I honestly agree, I don't know exactly why but maybe because it's missing those light-blue metalic tints.
