What are the purposes of these bio reactor and the radar tower?
I'm guessing these are gonna be support buildings

The black widow is not black enough to warrant the "black" in its name when compared to the Alpha Widow.
Just switch the image of the two (or the name), then it makes sense.
They're both called 'Black Widow'. One is just 'Alpha'.
The "beta" black widow is still too grayish/light for the "black" part.
I think it is a reference to the two YF-23 Black Widow II prototypes.
One is black,the other is grey.

I presume it could be a cyborg, but with a Tesla Rifle.
