I could guess if it's a base defense, it's about the size of a Grand Cannon. If it's a super weapon, I'd say 4x4.
Never the less, it looks epic.
Well, According to Speeder's post - these guys can be aliens after all. Sure explains why in reveal trailer there are drop pods landing (the scene with this gun too).
I'm sure he was joking. After all, why should aliens have a logo with a shark on it?

It's definitely 5x5 Puu.sh If you check the screenshot (Which is from the side 4 reveal trailer) it looks like it's 5x5, making it the largest defense structure
It looks 4x4. Notice the little circle-things in front. There are 4 of them along the front.
