Description
Assuming the theory that the new faction is actually the futuristic Allied forces, Haihead would be the descendent of the Pacific Front, while Wings of Coronia would be taking roots from the Euro Alliance (Australia based), and Last Bastion is the remaining United States forces holed up in Alaska. Note this is accounting if Russia, China or the Latin Confederation has joined in the formation of the new faction, and that this is just a theoretical point of view of how the faction was made (Hai meaning shark in Japanese, Coronia is the name of the first diesel excursion ship built in Scarborough, Australia in service to the UK in 1935, and Last Bastion, well Alaska is the last stronghold of American forces, so it's a given).
Actually, Hai also means shark in German

If they are the Allies from the future, what the hell happened to cause them to come back?
Were they desperate?
There are two possibilities:
1. The Allies in Alaska has finally rigged the Chronosphere to look into the future, therefor, allowing the Allies to predict the actions of the Soviets and of Yuri's forces. But they somehow managed to go further, and instead see the future of the 4th Faction, and managed to establish contact and garner the help of the 4th Faction. This would answer your question as to desperation.
2. After years of fighting, the Allies decided to change the field of battle by conglomerating their technologies, thus creating the robotic like army we see in the video introducing the 4th Faction, turning the tides of the battle in their favor against Yuri. They have successfully defeated Yuri afterwards, but at the cost of years of destruction and fighting is taking a toll on the habitable parts of the world (assuming), and thus went back to hasten the defeat of Yuri in order to preserve as much of the planet as possible.
Note that these are also theoretical and are not completely free of inaccuracies pertaining to the creation of the 4th faction.
Another possibility, the Allied nations have been all but wiped out, whatever survived no longer bear any semblance with the Allies. :P

Ok, you guys were right, so the correction would be Haihead coming from Euro Alliance and Wings of Coronia coming from the Pacific Front.

Random theory: it would be that the side 4 was the allies that after defeating yuri and soviets with all the changes the allies did (cybernetics&ultrahigh; tech) for it to defeat them then finally became gdi after all is said and done.then from the shadows and what remains of yuri and soviets got united to a new faction called NOD led by Kane to start another war with all the tiberium doing this and that to the planet(happened with Kane's appearance)the side4 decided to went back in time to help the present allies kick the arse of both the soviet and yuri factions to prevent the rise of Kane in the future. my thoughts of the side4 since they are very high tech compared to the other factions and i thought it became gdi coz of the faction featuring the very heavy big guns and with some of the side 4 units resembling or actually gdi units.(hopefully someone reads & comment this)
a possible theory about the cyborg commando: that it may actually be a side 4 cyborg chrono legionnaire prototype that can instantly phase out of teleport no matter the distance meaning instant action after telport but instead poofed into the present mental omega era with its allegiance systems and chrono abilities wacked out.Or simply it being sucked into a random chrono vortex during an ion storm
Well one thing is for certain, the 4th faction isn't going to be the future GDI because we can already see the big difference between the GDI in the old CNC game to the 4th faction, since really the GDI is more of a merger between the vanilla Allies and Soviets of Red Alert 1 and the 4th faction is more (and I stress more) futuristic than that. BTW, did you already see the trailer video for the 4th side by any chance, cause you'll see what I mean. Also for Nod, same thing again, a sort of mishmash of Allied and Soviet tech.
There is one thing for sure behind all this theory.........
None of them are 100% accurate or confirmed.......
Conclusion,wait for the next version of MO in MODDB.......
