Medieval Kingdoms: Total War is a total conversion of Total War: Attila with brings the game to the high middle ages, set in the starting year of 1212 AD going until 1453 AD. This mod will completely revamp the game with new factions, units and much much more! (Yes this is the same mod team as for the Rome 2 version.)

Why is alamannia not part of the HRE?
It's probably based on who owns the province, not the province itself. I'd guess that western portion of Allamannia is owned by France or Burgundy, non-HRE members
I have an Idea. Wha if you made a cultural group for Mercenaries. They wouldn’t own settlements but would have a Mercenary army that can ride around. Like the Great Company or White Company.
