I was just flying in the city after added more npcs to the flats, and made some shots. I didn't want to reveal the exact positions of the npcs though.

Good idea with the skill module guys, if you can pull it off, I definitely think STALKER could work as more of an RPG :)

Is it the same old Arms Match Suit cheese, or is it actually using the CS/CoP model format?

TAKE UNREAL ENGINE 4 AND UNLEASH A NEW STALKER ERA

No seriously, a new stalker based game on the new unreal engine 4 would make the joy of not only stalker aficionados but everyone who likes post apocaliptic/mutant based/fpsrpg games...and you would earn billions!!! :D

I'm really looking forward to this! Been reluctant to play LA due to shortcomings of the previous release. I hope the waiting will be worth it. Just tried Fallout 4 for this "post-apocalyptic survival shooter" thing, but it's not there... Need another dosage of STALKER!

So, to my understanding, you've imported several things form CoP, right? Will this version then need to be a total new install altogether or, not? Also, I see the word, 'replay' mentioned. Will this mean there's a full story line as in CoP with a decision making reply in the end just like in CoP where you have the choice to stay in the Zone or, leave it and/or, leave it at any time? If so, will it regenerate new missions for the game? What I mean is, missions that were not opened up during the main campaign? I have never left the Zone in CoP and to be honest, it's rather boring. All I can do is, become richer, run around killing people/mutants of my choosing or, just hunt for more artifacts and sell them to dealers or, other Stalkers. Another thing, will looting dead mutants still be part of the game? I like that part, it helps pay back for ammo lost/used when killing them. Also, in CoP, the dead mutants do not disappear, they're all over the place making the game look bad as time goes by. It seems they would be eaten by other mutants or, just disappear into the ground after a while, leaving skeletal remains. I think that, looted dead mutants should vanish over a short period of time once you take a body part form them and those that have yet to be looted, remain until it's been taken. Those with no parts to loot, should disappear anyway.

Description

A little update for November!

We managed to fix many small glitches in game, such as the not always working garbage bandit scene, or Doc on swamp. We moved the huds and wpns from CoP to LA, so yes, from now your hands will be the same as the armor you wear, and the weapon bobbing is new as well. It was a long requested feature, which we could not resist. It was always easier to say that it's not possible to port, but the time has come. The upgrading system is still not finished, need to add some more text strings, and certain items won't work (yet). We've separated the traders from fixers/upgraders, so you won't be able to trade with the same npc, who makes upgrades (it's more like due to the decision/plan we implemented the upgrading, as it replaces the trading button, so either trading, or upgrading) and so on. Ah one more thing, we are trying to recover the old skills module we had in LA back in 2012-13. It won't be easy, not because of it's bugged or looks bad, but we need to make it useful. Need to find out how the skills could raise your stats etc.
