Same story as the original game. First it was looking best, after few years it became worse and worse, in the end we have SHOC(good game, but dream game was lost), after it we have COP(worse varient of game in galaxy). Now we have the same story with LA. They've already got "that" S.T.A.L.K.E.R., Oblivion Lost, Dream of Humanity, and now they begin to transform it to COPshitlike something. Why?? Why did you do this with us?
And all the community says " WOW, COOL, FANTASTIC!" Wake up people! Look at the begining of gallery(here on moddb), and at the end!
After it, we gonna wait another 5-10 years for somebody to make our dream game, LA(for now) transforms to usual COPmod.
So go make your own version. Nobody is forcing you to play this one.

Loner sorry but every one have right for their own opinion. What Vincent wrote was nothing more that some words of criticism. If your group rules does not allow peopole to have thier own opinion or does nott allow criticism Vincent should sing out of it as fast as he can.
That's not it, it's just about the general communication between a person and the receiver. I want my members to stop using curse words. They can share their opinion, just in a mature matter.
How said about conflict? Why everybody ready to punch me, but NOBODY want to listen what i'm want to say? Is it cult of personality?? I want to help this project, i don't now dezowave team but i'm already love them all, i love LA from the beginning, i'm just scaried of this COP-like-expirements, if they said that they gonna make our dream game.. this is no MY dream, and i now many people who can say same things, but maybe they are not tracking the project already? How can you compare LA to CoP? Are you mad, ignorant or just trolling? If you don't want to get karma raped, read LA's faq and stop comparing it to CoP, because it will be nothing like it, or even SoC. It'll have way more features than them both combined.

And about my works, i never talk that i'm want to create something like Oblivion Lost. And you guys are not kids, if somebody talks like me(not kid too) it's your's mistake, not mine.
We improved graphics in R2 (R1 stays Oblivion Lost style) because through many years it started to look older and older. We felt that we can't stay in one place forever. We needed to move forward but in terms of features, gameplay and level design and feeling of loneliness in the Zone it is still the old forgotten Stalker.

I know it. But if doing so, i must say, yours R2 worst thing in the world=). You really needs better shaders, not textures or else, aphalt is glowing white, game started to look repulsive. You as an artist must know what does it mean. Bluish model also looks disgusting, i'm not teaching you, i just want to draw attention to the basics of artistic skills. So if you want to achieve perfect result you must work hard.
look up stalker on tweak guides to change the luminosity settings in the user.ltx file if you think the game looks too bright... crommcruac knows what he is doing. its not right to go moddb look at a few images of a mod that hasn't even been released yet and tell the developers it's repulsive and disgusting. also that last statement is nuts. lost alpha has been in development for nearly as long as the original game and your telling them to work hard...... I'm lost for words now.
The asphalt and lighting looks perfect to me btw.
I'm saying what i'm thinking, so what are YOU want from me? I know about "tweak guides" much more than you, we are using "this tweak guides" and user.ltx from 2007 for nowadays, it's interesting but this is "side effect" i think they are professionals and want to make playable picture without twisting the various parameters in console. If you don't like if somebody talks their opinion especially if you not see "aphalt is glowing white" and "Bluish model"(for few years back, i also doesn't saw such things before starting being an artist)you'd better be calm.
The last thing: i don't know English very well, so i'm using translator, and sometimes maybe my words are hard(repulsive and disgusting for example)I know them only an approximate value and do not know what they "weigh" you know. But I want to express myself, and for that we need words;) Respect to dezoteam, that no one told you, I do know the real price of the fact that they do. Cromm in some way is my inspirer, good luck guys!
R2 isn't even finished. LA's R2 render will seemingly put it above and beyond every other S.T.A.L.K.E.R. game or mod in visual quality, with their new additions like grass shadows, greater draw distance, probably SSAO, and you can't forget multicore support and who knows what else. You're the only person here whose dream game is on 2004 technology, and you seem to ignore how LA's R1 render will look like the older builds.
