Legend:Farewell Edition is a heavily modified upgrade-remake of Hexen in a classic style, but with a darker and a much more aggressive atmosphere. Featuring almost twice the length of the game, revised and extended levels, more decorations, precision-refined gothic design, new weapons, enemies and effects, 6 characters, plenty of secret areas and even an expanded storyline with custom-made story arcs and endings for the DLC heroes. Menelkir's fortress no longer appears like a series of unrelated random rooms. The whole level is built around the design of the mage's quarters and this extensively detailed library is at its center. The catch is that there is no Menelkir per se, however, - you will get to fight plenty of his repurposed clones. And those rank among the top 3 most dangerous enemies in the game.
