Last Alliance: TW is overhaul mod to Shogun 2. This mod base on stories from Tolkien's books, concretely on wars Dúnedain and Elves against Sauron at the end of the Second Age. This still WIP, but is avaiable alpha with playable Akallabêth campaign ^^

Shouldn't some of that territory belong to the Dunedain? Elendil's capital, Ánnuminas, is part of Lindon according to this map, and so is Fornost Erain, the later capital of the kingdom of Arnor.
In development is prologue campaign, Arnor not exist yet

Well you see....Lord of the Rings, that's the explanation xD Even in Age of Mithology, there is a great mod where they are making a cool campaign.
Of course i don't follow only Lotr related mods but most of them are, yes
