I released texture hotfix, so everyone who downloaded update in first 14 hours after release need redownload mod to have better textures for long armor and commander helmets (if you play on lower texture settings than high/ultra hotfix probably not cause large difference for you)
Hotfixed the mod files. Bug causing random crash during splitting armies, recruiting units/agents by the player if play as Kingdom of Krakaland was fixed. Faction effect Crebain Scouts (increase line of sight for all characters) for Krakaland was removed (Luiza Aris figured out that this caused a crash).
For people who downloaded 0.4.3 before 3 June - here's link to download only these files which was updated: Mediafire.com (just unpack and replace files in data) - Should be save compatible, but I'm not fully sure.
I'm having a problem with the resolution because i can only use 1440x900 and when I'm going to choose q faction, most of the factions is out of sight and i can't see it because my resolution didn't fit the whole screen to see all of the factions.
You should have option to change resolution to smaller, but in 16x9 ratio, e.g. 1366x768. In this resolution you should be able to select all factions in menu. When you'll start campaign just make save and back to your monitor resolution.
Sara, I found a bug, in multiplayer mode the following unit: Teje(Blood Witches of Teje) has 2137 morale points, I have captures but hey, I can't upload them here

so am i replacing all the files from the old mod? think i've been using a year old version and i'm just downloading this latest one. edit, for some reason, even though i have just replaced all the old files, it longer seems to register as being active.
You don't replace any files. Every main release of the mod is installed separately (has different file names).
i didn't think so, but i can't access the mod manager anymore. Has anyone else had this issue?

Sara reviews the abilities of the leader of the Haradrim Golden Lion Clan faction, his bodyguards are infantry units but they have cavalry wedge formation
Huh, I'm not sure now whether we gave them this ability on purpose or accidentally but as I remember wedge formation works enough good with infantry too, so that's not large problem.
I see, so wedge works with infantry.. interesting...

Sounds like you have only standalone expansion Fall of the Samurai while the mod requires base Shogun 2 to work.

Be sure to remove user.script.txt from Shogun 2 files in AppData before run mod via new mod manager.
Heya, I must be dumb but i've downloaded all the files, everything work quite well or so I thought.
I have the game new interface but the name of the campaine is just shogun 2 and whenever I try to launch a game, i just crashes. I've deleted and downloaded the files 3 times, and same results everytime.
I don't have any mods while the last alliance is running, and i've got the game in full, I don't get it =/
Do you use english version of game?
Hey, so I downloaded the mod, extracted everything via 7zip have the correct order but every time I launch the game it Just goes into the regular Shogun 2 start menu. Is there something I am doing wrong? I disabled the dlcs and I have the shogun 2 base game not the fall of the samurai version.
You don't have to disable any DLC to play Last Alliance.
Check all solutions from Installation Guide if you have problem to run mod.
Ok i'm blown away by this mod, i have seen many mods on many games about LotR but this one at least on RTS looks just too awesome. Thanks for this, honestly.

I've installed the mod as written, the menu looks fine, but when I want to start a campaign, the Akallabeth option is grey/inactive, I can't start it. ALso the "Rise of the Samurai" is inactive, only the "fall of the Samurai" is active.
I have the base game via steam. I checked all the forums but I can't see a solution. Could you help me please?
If indeed you have base game, not only Fall of the Samurai expansion then be sure that base game is selected in Shogun 2 DLC section on your steam.
It's explained in Installation Guide, so you didn't need to search for solution in other places.
Hello! So I've followed the installation guide and all the crash fixes and still having problems.
I can select the campaign but when I do none of the factions appear. I have the option to change the campaign type from short campaign to a different one but when I do that the game crashes.
I've got no other mods, I have base shogun 2 and I've tried all the fixes.
