The current goal of the Expanded Galaxy Project is to expand upon both games as much as possible by adding all planets not present in both games and vice-versa through a port of the first game to the second games engine.

Made a small mod to add Free Roam to the end of the first game the other day and am slowly but surely getting back to working on the Expanded Galaxy Project regularly.
This allows the player to continue free roaming the galaxy after they have completed the game.
While it is already a feature in the port of the game, that is still far from being complete so when I saw another request for such a mod combined with some comments saying it wasn't possible I decided to put my experience making it happen for the port into making it happen for the first game.
After a couple hours and a little bit of testing it was done.
Now, onto the project itself.
I have just prepared a patch that brings the main part of the project in line with the latest TSLRCM 2022 release.

I have resumed work on the port again due to managing to resolve the health duplication bug and hopefully the balancing issues as well.

I'm on the steam version of KOTOR 2 and I'm having an issue where your installer is saying it can't find KOTOR 2. Even though I have it installed on the C Drive.
This seems to be happening for some users though I cannot quite determine why, if you drop into the Discord there is an alternate method of installing it using a .toml file and KotORModSync, but I will work on releasing an update soon!
Mayor Props, very ambitious. Question? Just how stable is this latest port version. Like, i tried the last version and look, i get its suppose to be buggy. But it was also extremely crashy and unstable. Throwing me out to desktop every 10 seconds. I cant deal with that. Thnx and keep at it.
It's definitely a lot more stable than it was previously, it's still far from perfect though. Early versions were put together relatively quickly and had a lot of issues, but it was much more of a proof of concept.

I see there's no link for the port download anymore. Why was it taken down and do you have any plans to bring it back?
It was very buggy so I took it down to prevent wasting peoples time playing it through, I do have plans to bring it back when I can spare the time to work on it again.
ive just played through Telos and it says the Astrogation is still locked on the galaxy map. how do i fix?
Apologies to anyone that has encountered this bug, as I understand it many have, annoyingly every time I change the galaxy map script it seems I test it for myself and then either forget something or break it as I release a patch.

You might have to get the latest patch or full version from the Discord server, I don't update ModDB as frequently unfortunately.
