Currently
What we mostly need is someone with 3dmax knowledge,
Xml coding come second but also import
And photoshop come third
There is condition though, the person who want to join will need to see the mod as it second priority (at least)
By second priority I mean that whoever join can take other stuff such his/her own mod, gaming, RL, or any other hobby, as; his/her first priority while not forgetting about UOP mod
