Description
Cybernetic Engineer was added to MOK arsenal, It can heal aircrafts (similar to how normal Saboteur in the mod can heal ground vehicles) and can also attack enemy's aircrafts but don't count on it's weapon cause it really weak ;)
I still need to decide on tier, price, and build time for it though, any suggestions?
It train from air tower and I believe that hand of nod is also pre-requestment that make sense.

I don't want to see that ******* ugly design
They not replace the standard Saboteur, so you don't have to train them if you don't want :P
