Something that I planned to do around a year ago and kept delaying~
The effects are placeholders btw so don't worry about these ;p

What does it do?
Enable disco mode which force all of the aliens to dance to their death ;p
Just kidding, for the now the plan is to make it slow units in AOE field (and provide power to players as a bonus),
the Reaper 17 variety will do something else though,
I'm opened to ideas with what the ability will do, but consider the unit slow down enemies with its native weapon I think that an AOE that does the same fit with the unit role overall
