This took a bit of time to get right, but it was certainly worthwhile!
I'm going to be sacrificing virgins at the altars of Lavo and Zero for some time.
Will SOTP eventually use the halo CEA version of the halo ring. Since it looks more... Forerunner.
I love this model it do, it's just a question I have.
It's a possibility if we ever got more modelers and texture artists. It would be much later.
The texture is based off halo 3

just noticed the research stations(or trade staions i cant tell), are gas giants and/or halos colonizable?
You've got it! I was wondering when someone would figure out how it works. The Halo ring is in orbit of a gas giant, and research stations have been set up to act as an initial observation/staging point for studying and colonizing the Halo ring, think of Ivanoff station as an inspiration for this.
So the stations are there by default? Or the player can build them once the ring is colonized? I'm guessing the player has to research the ability to colonize .
The stations are part of the planet mesh itself, so always there.

Can I use it? Or can that somehow be a game victory? The Covie's have to attain the Great Journey by researching how to activate the Halo while the UNSC has to prevent them long enough to research the tech to shut it down?
