This is the FoC Realistic Galactic Civil War mod, This mod is here to get the gameplay and the different type of units as close to the
actual movies and Star Wars canon as possible. This Mod takes place in the Realistic Galactic Civil War Era and is intended to get it as close to that war as possible.

II. Installation.
#################
1. Download the Mod.
2. Make a map called "mods" in your C:\Program Files\LucasArts\Star Wars Empire at War Forces of Corruption directory.
(If you have an other harddisk than (C:) than you also need to change the (C:) Sign as target in the property's of the Shortcut).
3. If it's downloaded extract it to C:\Program Files\LucasArts\Star Wars Empire at War Forces of Corruption\Mods.
4. Go to C:\Program Files\LucasArts\Star Wars Empire at War Forces of Corruption\Mods and In the files you will find a shortcut, Copy this shortcut to your desktop.
5. Put in your FoC disk and click away the FoC launcher and than click the mods' shortcut twice.
6. You can now play it!

To Uninstall:
Delete the Mod Folder and the Shortcut.

If you want to make a mod that is close to whats is actualy considerable "canon" in the series, disable a lot of vehicles that was not portrayed in the movies, like these horrible TIE Maulers.

I like the idea of a canon game as much as the next star wars fan, but the thing is, if a lot/all of the non cannon objects were taken out, there would be a lot less content for the player. I understand your issue with this, but there's just k ind of a hard spot between accuracy, and entertainment, even more so with the extended universe being "nonexistent" according to Disney.

No one needs (or should have to ask for) permission to use public domain matearial; and so long as they are not taking credit for it or making money off of it there really is no problem: there is no patent here or some such thing.. And just because other people are using your content does not mean you need to bitch at them, and so long as they do not claim it as their own if I were you I would be honoured...

please tell me how do I create "a map" as you say in my eaw foc folder???
and if you ment (file not map) then why would just naming a new folder mod, and then extracting the file contents into it make this game work???
do i need a mod launcher if so which one is it?

thanks for all the time and effort you have put into this, as the major problem with eaw was the tiny little maps and narrow valleys
