After you've Joined the Raider Alliance (For real, or just faking it until you can escape) Noss will take you to the Battle at I-15 on one of their captured Enclave Vertibirds. DETH981 playing in the background, you overhear a NCR radio chatter over the old Enclave Spy Interceptor.
Noss then tells you to kill them just as you land.
