In 131, the transition from the Prequel to Chapter 1 was just too mysterious, and the dream explained nothing. I thought that was a mistake.
So the dream is now a Wild Wasteland event, and the transition has been replaced with this cutscene. It will better explain who Bragg and Chevy are, and explain why an Enclave-sided player wasn't yet in on the rouse.
