Hello there!
So Opium Pulses is basically a fan site of the Postal series we all love it so much, the games are tied to our Steam groups, we've done giveaways for the Postal games at our giveaway group and my interview with Running With Scissors last year was the most read article on our forum for over 5 months.
Not too long ago I decided to write an article based on Running With Scissors for my friend's gaming news website (http://GameXotic.com) regarding the company's history, their current work on the Postal series and what they have planned going forward.
It was a lot of fun to write and I plan to do more like it in the future, if you'd like to give it a read you can visit the article on our forum here.
Thanks for taking interest and reading people, by the way our Twitter tweets should be feeding into our group home page within the next hour.

Take Manhunt > remove stealth mechanics > put it in first person > give it a scary, Silent Hill-esque atmosphere. That pretty much sums up Eternal Damnation. Awesome mod, a must have for anyone who owns Postal 2! This will work with the Steam version, by the way. First, install Share the Pain MP (it can be downloaded from Mod DB). By default, it will want to install to C:/Program Files (x86)/Postal2STP. Install it there, rather than in the Postal 2 folder. Then, download and install Eternal Damnation…

The opening gate switch is not working :(
Considering the age it was made in this is a helluva mod. The weapons are all meaty and powerful, the character models and enviroments are awsome and nicely designed, dialogue is edgy as it should be. All in all a 9.5/10
when you upload on workshop steam ?
why am i unabled to buy the fudge pack?? there occures error 404..
Why are the hud elements so HUGE?
The catnip and bulletproof vest take up the entire left side of my screen.
One of the greatest mods ever in my opinion. Humorous and scary. I've been recording it for my YT channel since 2014, hope you dig the playlist : Youtube.com
I Still remember this from the Fudge pack my dad buyed when i was young, i played eternal damnation mostly and i ended scared mostly of times.
Now its pure nostalgia, Eternal Damnation FTW.
There is a problem that happens always at a random time, shuts down my game and opens a text where it says :
General protection fault!
History: FD3DInternalState::Commit::VertexStreams <- FD3DInternalState::Commit <- FD3DRenderInterface::DrawPrimitive <- USkeletalMeshInstance::Render <- FDynamicActor::Render <- RenderLevel <- FLevelSceneNode::Render <- FCameraSceneNode::Render <- UGameEngine::Draw <- UWindowsViewport::Repaint <- UWindowsClient::Tick <- ClientTick <- UGameEngine::Tick <- UpdateWorld <- MainLoop
lol np, I had pretty much lost hope of anyone ever seeing this, but I still check once a week or so :D
Hey guys, this looks awesome. I jumped on the Postal bandwagon just a couple of days ago by buying the steam edition (better late than never!).
I've been trying to sort through what's included and what isn't and Eternal Damnation isnt.
Is the download hosted here on moddb compatible with steam edition?
Also, if anyone can give me a quick rundown of how to get the complete Postal experience nowadays, I'd be very grateful.
Thanks in advance.
This will work with the Steam version, a standard install should be fine. The game does lack some features of the Steam version, though, so loading it with the resources from the Steam version produce some odd effects. The hud elements, for instance, are higher resolution in the Steam version, so ED displays them... very large. A new version of ED is supposed to be released withing a few months, too, either as DLC or via the workshop.
Is there a way to fix the gaint HUD icons ? I was able to play ED with the Steam version in like Spetember/October 2014 but I think that was before Postal 2 got that massive update.
