A fan-produced mod that RWS included in its Fudge Pack compilation. Using the basic Postal 2 engine and elements, the game features completely new maps and a horror-based storyline that puts the player into the role of an escapee from a mental asylum similar to Manhunt 2. The zombies from Apocalypse Weekend play a major role in this modification, including a brand-new zombie (exclusive to Eternal Damnation) that resembles the plastinates of Body Worlds.

We are indeed working hard on an ED patch. The team took a break after ED's release and focused on other things, but we are back and determined to settle some unfinished business. We are a little late announcing the patch officially, but we wanted wait until we had progressed well with it first. I think I can confidently now tell you what you can expect :)

'But dude we played ED , it's too late for fixes now, we needed them months ago!!' I hear you cry. Yeah, sorry about that.

But, our disgruntled supporters, this is more then just a few fixes or more bonus features. we have been overhauling the entire mod to improve game play, performance and visuals.

Those of you disappointed with the freeroam that came with ED should be more then happy with the free roam being offered in the update. The freeroam will included 40+ maps made up from postal2, ED and AW, as well as some other custom made maps. All now set at night.

Within the free roam itself you will find tokens and playable arcades like those found in A week in paradise (AWP).

You can expect:

-Better performance throughout the game, all really bad spots fixed.
-Changed gameplay on some levels to improve the flow of the game
-Better thought out weapon placement
-Improved level design on some of the poorer areas of the game
-NPC's will no longer be pinpoint accurate when they shoot at you.
-Better music placement and improved cinematics
-Faster load times between some levels
-Although this update will add much more content, we are working hard to shrink the filesize of the mod or at least make sure it gets no bigger with the updates.

So there you have it, then we will no doubt lay it to rest and focus on new projects. Thanks for your support everyone, It was the positive reaction to ED that encouraged us to make ED more enjoyable.

Sorry, no release date yet, but we will keep you posted and deliver some screens soon.
