Venator deathclone is weird. It gets smaller and turns yellow O.o.

Yup, vanilla deathclone. See my comment above about endless refining content. Hell, home one and the mc 80 still explode into their vanilla deathclones aswell.
Yup, that's why. Your <MaximumFleetMovementDistance> value is too low, change it in gameconstants from what ever value you got to 240 or higher.
