Description
This will show you exactly which starfighters are under the effect of the -50% firepower debuff from enemy starfighter ion cannon hits. The focus here is visibility first, immersion second, As with the rest of the combat mod particles when they're eventually made. They should be visible enough, and slowly fade over time.
