Deliverance 2600 is a Metroidvania-inspired, exploration-focused total conversion for Doom and Doom 2, powered by the GZDoom engine. The player assumes the role of Stanford T. Pace, a former prison inmate who volunteers for Project Deliverance, which is intended to rehabilitate criminals by means of extreme discipline. He is then sent out on a mission to investigate a mysterious communications breakdown with a research facility on the planet Ferrus XII. But what he seeks is something else than redemption...

Deliverance 2600 will be going on hold for a while again.

Starting from November 29th until December 21st, I will be taking a hiatus from working on Deliverance 2600 again.

Instead of a new, exciting toy, though, the reason for the hiatus this time is merely a holiday trip. I will be travelling across half the globe to a whole other continent. So as to avoid complications, I will not be taking my computer with me, and thus, I won't have access to my modding tools either.

Once I come back from the holiday trip, I intend to dedicate as much time as I can to working on the mod, and if all goes well, Alpha 0.4 should follow in January.
