Deathwish is a singleplayer and multiplayer mod which main features are deeper variety of consumables, medicine items, zombie types and weapons in vanilla 7 Days to Die. To archieve this goal, it passively increases the diffuculty of the standard game by revamping the original book mechanics to a closer "one book, one recipe" logic, as well as several new features which either increases immersion (bloodloss and water filtration systems) or gives a new air to existing mechanics (gun crafting), without compromising the core gameplay of the vanilla 7 Days to Die.
