A Doom 2 mod, compatible with several sourceports (GZDoom skulltag and Zandronum). Featuring 40 weapons, optional hires sprites, offline bots compatibility, custom hud, a "customfolder" and some other stuff.
CSDMO Update 1 is almost here.
Update 1 features some minor bugfixes, plus the so expected "CSD3 Mappack", which are levels from previous CSDoom3 iterations, adapted for this mod. Plus, 6 Deathmatch maps, based on the campaign scenarios.
I've also tweaked some weapons decorate a little bit, increased knife range, increased grenade and taser ammo and fixed one bot misbehaviour with M4A1 silenced (wrong animation while firing)
The download will include all updated files and bat, so, there's no need to redownload the whole mod again. Instead, just replace the old files with the new ones. Uploading only updated files, instead of the whole mod prevents people to download over 200mb again. That makes the update lighter. (Estimated update size: ~70mb)
Note that updating the mod might break your previous savegames. If you're playing a game, then complete it before updating or start over with the update)
PS1: I've intended to release the trailer some days ago, but went so busy on updating the mod that i've delayed the trailer to focus on the mod. Update 1 is simple, but as the numbre says, it's the first upload (of who knows how many future updates)
PS2: I've also created some discord groups, just to experiment with it for a bit and see how it goes.
