Just like Kane's Vision, this mod aims to perfect the gameplay experience of Kane's Wrath. With countless new faction unique upgrades and units, this is a comprehensive overhaul of this already great game. Every change that was introduced in this mod was with quality gameplay in mind and do justice to the lore of the factions. I always felt "Epic facilities" should be able to produce the 'common' units 10% faster, so they're an even more enticing target to take down, before they produce the faction specific ultimate war/reclamation/assimilation machines.

Also you should add a clear telltale sign when they are engaged in production, and another level, for when they are engaged in production of the ultimate units.

Possibly the most demanding, but also most immersive solution would be for the facilities to 'open up', and have like a 3 stage build status for each of the faction specific ultimate units.

E.G:

M.A.R.V - Tracks & engine, then the armored shell, lastly the gun/turret assembly.

REDEEMER - Legs, torso, then arms. Side note: I always felt the addons for the redeemer lacked the 'punch' they ought to have. Some graphical and audio updates would fix this mostly. Like a gattling cannon sound for anti-infantry 'gun', along with the proper, less cartoon-like appearance, and perhaps a 'heftier' sound for the dark templar heavy laser addon, akin to the "Wolfenstein® II: Lasergewehr". You get the idea.

ERADICATOR HEXAPOD - This one is a bit different, it could be woven into existence, by the six arms of the 'gantry', simulating reconstitution after being deconstructed and converted to energy and sent to the Signal Transmitter, which then sends the 'data' to the aforementioned 'gantry'.

Just some thoughts. Consider them. Thank you.

For Scrin that is already the case. I am pretty sure you can see it for Nod as well.

Most epic units have their low-tier garrisons improved btw.

I just wish that creating the ultimate units was a bit more of a cathartic experience, an achievement, needing to defend the facility before they're finally done. So far it feels as a mere footnote, at least for the turtle/steamroller type player(s).

Akin to something experienced in Supreme Commander Forged Alliance. That's all.
I guess I just miss the Grand Strategy Games like S.C.F.A. It's still fun with mods, but is getting a bit stale. Oh well.

This gave me a thought I have mixed feelings about: Announce start of construction, and not just completion to the enemy players with a map reveal?

On one hand, a keen observer will have clocked your placement before construction has completed, on the other hand, you don't get that catharsis of holding off your foes if they don't come for you to begin with.

Personally, I like to incorporate epic facilities and war factories into my defenses by popping some Reckoners right outside, so boosted repair radius sounds perfect to me.

repairable cyborgs makes perfect sense thematically. i love it. on the other hand, i will miss default repair drones on buggies a little bit.

Description

I want MoK to be a unique Nod faction, setting itself apart from Renegades and Black Hand with a durable Cyborg army and unorthodox units.

A strong aspect of MoK also is unit synergy. Because of this the Basilisk was reworked to buff nearby ground units. It functions as a command ship with high line of sight and increases the durability and range of affected units.

In T1, the Drone Buggy now has stronger stats but has its stock repair drone removed. It can be unlocked with an upgrade at T2 which repairs even faster now. Also, Cyborgs can now be repaired by Repair Drones.

Sidenote: All Epic Facilities have 4 repair drones and a larger repair radius.
