Just like Kane's Vision, this mod aims to perfect the gameplay experience of Kane's Wrath. IMHO, first of all, Kodiak firstly is a command ship, and only later it became an artillery platform. So, again, IMHO, it shouldn't be allowed to be built in several numbers, but instead it should act as an epic unit (like, taking away MARV from RRF, or adding it as additional one) with its weapons balanced respectively, maybe with adding some kind of special ability, like giving GDI units more combat effectiveness (just like a statue of Kane for NOD).

Anyway, it is a good addition.
P.S. Steel keeping fingers crossed for Mammoth MK2 for steel talons (no, not that goddamn Mastodon with its pew-pew chin-cannons from TibTwilight) ^_^

Yeah, in C&C 4 the kodiak is a class of vessel named for the original Kodiak, which wasn't "a" Kodiak, but "the" Kodiak. It went down due to rough weather, though, so...

It makes sense to me that a class of vessel that is intended to pay homage to the Kodiak would be made, but an epic unit should probably be its own thing entirely.

Also, if it were a spacecraft, as is implied in C&C 4, it'd probably not be the wisest decision to use kinetic cannons, as those'd probably cause a ton of kick in a vacuum.

Don't forget to give them pocket Ion Cannon.

RRF already has the Carbon Fiber armour for Orcas, which seems to be ridiculous (Not only making them harder to kill, but also faster... like if they were not fast enough). I'd say enough things for this faction, they already have everything they need (unlike some others).

I think the Banshee could go to renegades or Marked of Kane and replace venom or supplement the faction. make them similar to the reapers fighters. A fast and strong but weak unit.

that is an interesting thought. I like the Banshee model, but I am struggling to find any use for it.

MoK air forces seem strong enough at the moment and Renegades just... arent sufficiently high-tech?

Actually I have several ideas and since you ask me, I'll tell you. On the one hand the Banshee hits Marked of Kane for aesthetics and could benefit from the same improvement in damage affecting the centurion and the Myrmidon. I would substitute the venom for the banshee and would make a strong ship against vehicles and weak against infantry. Marked of Kane have a very heavy style. they are the steel talon of the nod.

On the other hand, the renegades could build a third air unit that is the banshe, this to compensate for the lack of aviation of the black hand. its function would be the one of strong unit against vehicles, with the option to improve its armament with rays of the desolators. just imagine an air desolating force. this has more game than the previous one, since the renegades would have a very special air force for each unit (strong venom against infantry, strong banshee against vehicles and infantry with the improvement, but they must refuel, so they do not eclipse the venom, and finally vertigo for damage against structure).

For me, renegades and black hand are a little loose compared to marked Kane. I think that with this banshee in renegade and the new artillery in black hand, the features would be incredible.

I hope with all my heart that my ideas will help you to make this wonderful mod even more fantastic and I feel the great message that I left

The problem I have is that the Vertigo is already an anti-tank aircraft and I am not comfortable changing the role of an already established unit.

The Banshee strikes me more as a jet equivalent to the Orca that works best against tanks and aircraft. Or perhaps even a Nod equivalent to the Stormrider? Not sure, would need to play around a little.

Anyway, I am not exactly sure what type of armament would be best suited for the Banshee. Going back to TS, a kind of plasma weapon would be suitable, naturally Nod doesnt have that. Rockets are too low-tech and I am really not sure about ray-weaponry. I'm certainly in favour of adding the Banshee but it seems like a unit that requires a huge amount of work in terms of visuals and gameplay and I am not convined it is worth the effort.

Just today I was watching Tiberium Essence and I thought about some things.
1) Your mod is far superior in quality of balance to essence. To be honest, the sides in essence are totally unbalanced.
2) the Essence nod is the nod that you would want for black hand, with underground units. The design of some scrings is very good, especially the tripods.
3) the banshee is fine and its function does not eclipse vertigo at all, take a look. Perhaps the author of essence can lend him some models with permission!
4) You do an incredible job! because essence is fine but I did not have as much fun as One Vision. It is amazing what you have achieved with this mod. It really feels totally different from other games.

I really am very grateful with One Vision. It is shameful to say the hours I have dedicated to the game, and all thanks to you. I wish I could help you much more. To be honest, essence has some interesting things like the underground units, to be able to buy transports and the general design of the Scrin. But one vision is of an incredible quality and I never realized until I compared it with other mods. Keep it up, please. Take a look at some of the essence things that may help you, but continue with your own idea of what One Vision is, because it really is a very high quality product.

Thank you very much, I really do appreciate honest gratitude and it is one of the things that motivate me to make the mod even better. For now, I really want to focus on bringing out One Vision 0.9.

However, I'll be sure to check out Tiberium Essence and what they did to the Banshee, maybe they will give me a cool idea how I can spin around the Banshee to fit it into the OV gameplay.

In fact, I've already joined and I'm trying out the new toys you gave us. In a few days you will see me through the community leaving contributions.

Just I say that the skin of BH and zocom are incredible. Kodiak, Basilisk, Aftershock, and Phantasm Device are spectacular units, as well as new support powers. I miss some T4 units for the rest of the factions but I never get tired of new units!
