it's some look like C&C Generals Zero Hour : Enhanced
Currently I am working on several version of the Enbseries I could convert the DX8 DX9 without losing text and description And not only that I could run SweetFX with Enb in the game Some people when it converts the DX8 DX9 loses the text in menus and description Some of them succeeded without losing the text but could not run SweetFX with Enb That reason is to use DX8 v 0.0.0.5 and therefore does not support SweetFX
I am using v 0.076 and 0.075 c3 and several other versions

If You've Installed Lambda Reshade Before Open The Setup Choose Generals.exe In Your Generals Zero Hour Root Folder Pick Everything Skip The Preset And When Your Done Press Finish Now Launch It Then Wait For It To Finish Then Begin Skirmish Or Multiplayer Then You Should Have Improved Graphics

and the Effects are made by me and I just love this mod
so I use it and make the effects to tested on it
