Light version of Body Health System Redux addon, ported to CoC 1.5r7. Adds new actor incoming damage registering system which monitors each body part state and outputs to new health HUD.

As medical items in CoC represented only by medkits and bandages, this addon port uses simplified healing methods.
Before go into details lets clarify important mechanics. Old total health points is one thing, new body parts health points is another. Both are present and function at the same time.
Once total HP gone - death is imminent as always. New HP designed to emulate long-term injuries distribution between parts of the body with a result of different consequences which not always end with death.
Logic:
- Persistent (blue) HP can be restored with medical kits or sleep (1 hour = +1 body part HP);
- Persistent (blue) HP start to slowly regenerate by itself when you have full health (fully red bar in inventory or fully blue new body icon);
- Temporal (yellow) HP can be restored with bandages;
- If torso or head persistent (blue) HP drop to zero actor will die even if total health is not zero!
Penalties:
- Both legs combined HP determine movement speed;
- If at least one of the legs HP fully depleted actor looses ability to jump, sprint and kick things;
- When crippled it is faster to walk than run;
- If both legs are fully damaged it is only possible to walk and crouch;
- If one arm is damaged actor looses ability to hold heavy items (rifle falls from hands, but pistol stays);
- If both arms are damaged actor looses ability to hold any items;
- Serious head injuries cause different vision distortions depending on remaining head HP;
- Torso HP drop below half will introduce short delays for equipping new armors, backpacks, vests.
Bandages temporarily alleviate effects listed above helping to buy more time before you are ready to treat wounds.
Will definitely increase game difficulty. If you are prone to gamerage do not install this addon.

Fixed artefacts and companions icons positions. Fixed optional no background HUD.
Update 1: Increased weight limit to 2.35 so fully loaded deagle, uzi and sawed-offs do not drop when one arm is damaged

Should work. I've made port to CoTZ Moddb.com which is 1.5r4 and there was only 1 more script to edit - level_input.script.
