Brutal Doom: Insanity Nightmares is a one of my crazy ideas to made and learn trying to be very frenetic and the most epic and aggressive Brutal Doom trying to be different. This is a BDv20 mod (original BDv20 not needed) and available to Zandronum because nothing is used related to Zscript or something advanced that could be used from GZDoom.

Please make a better decription. Is this a mod for brutal doom 20 or 21 , or is it standalone?
well i made this mod using "BD20Monsters" have a insane error to repair, is a BD20 mod, a lot of error to fix and change.
What does that mean? It doesn't work or I'm using it wrong?
Got it to run with zandronum without any other mod running before but it crashes after 2 min.

I'm not going to lie. I actually like how fast-paced this mod is. It reminds me of both Insanity Requiem and Insanity Brutality in ways where you have to play as fast and decisive as you can. It's challenging, makes you feel like going on a power trip and of course, I'm loving the monster variants and the weapons (including the sentry guns) that go with the fast-paced nature of this mod. Now if only I have some peeps to do multiplayer.
Good work! Even though it's abandoned, I'm definitely putting this on my frequent to-play list of Brutal Doom mods. :)

Just a little note. When you start the game with bare fists and you tried to pick up the Baretta, the gun WON'T be in your inventory at all. Just want to bring up that small bug.

0.6 is better because in 0.7 someone removed blood settings and now there is almost no gore and blood when i shoot and kill enemy

que puedo decir de verdad, tremendo mod, una optimizacion buenisima, una dificultad mas quie bien, nuevos enemigos armas,ETC. De verdad que te luciste con este mod, aunque igual no se salva de los bugs como por ejemplo que los enemigos se quedan trabados en lugares donde no caben (algo que me paso en el nivel phobos anomaly cuando supuestamente tendrian que salir los barones del infierno) pero fuera de eso, todo esta impecable, en especial si lo juegas con otros wads como Hell on earth starter pack,ETC
la optimizacion esta mejor que la del Doom Eternal, y mira que tiene que tener optimizacion jajajajaja, uno de los mejores mods del Doom que probe

I’ve always wanted to make my own 100% from scratch, but I’ve fixed and added to a few of them that I really enjoy over the years. When I have more time I will work on my own!

Great! If it is an update. Apart from that it weighs a little more than another old link in the comments if it accommodates some things and one is directly noticeable when one kills the "Terminator". I don't know how to get those updates but for those who are interested in this great mod you should notice this. Good job getting it!
