Set during the American revolutionary war, the Battle Grounds is a Half-Life Modification where you and your teammates will need to fight together strategically in order to overcome the enemy forces.
In The Battle Grounds you can play as a soldier in one of two opposing armies:
- The British Army
- The Colonial Continental Army
For each team you will have a choice of several classes, all with their own individual style and unique characteristics.

There are World War II tanks on the map, wtf?
good mod. Too bad the mod is dead :(
I also have problems like that when I play some maps the textures go blank and it becomes impossible to see, but if I change to D3D that texture error is removed even though the life bar and the blue bar remain still and do not go down.

Battlegrounds III has an official discord but I don't know of any for 1 or 2.
