this mod adds Arnor as a playbal faction in both War of the Ring and Skirmish. as a base for this mod I used the "rise of Arnor" mod and fixed a bit of stuff, the Heroes are fixed and many units have been balanced. as far as I know my mod is the only one that makes Arnor playable in War of the Ring.

Now I can actually use Arnor in the Fall of Arnor scenario!

that was my motivation for the mod, it always bugged me that all Arnor mods only make them playable in Skirmish but not Wotr
