this mod adds Arnor as a playbal faction in both War of the Ring and Skirmish. as a base for this mod I used the "rise of Arnor" mod and fixed a bit of stuff, the Heroes are fixed and many units have been balanced.
as far as I know my mod is the only one that makes Arnor playable in War of the Ring.
