There are too many bugs in this one.
Got stuck an the first part with the "main storage" door, which wouldn't open with the main storage key
I don't remember any "main storage" door in the whole custom story.
so far i played only book one, which i could not complete, maybe it was some error in the scripts i don't know, but i could not figure it out how to complete the house6 map. what i know so far is enough to write a short review.
Use bilboards better next time, make them smaller, they look strange if they go through the walls and the floor.
You scaled some objects terribly.
Corridors were totally empty, you could fill the rooms well in most cases, why didn't you do that with corridors? :|
The scares were kinda lame mostly, but they were not so bad.
It's a 6/10 all in all, level design is okey, there is music, there is some type of atmosphere and it's not so easy to complete (it's hard to find the items to progress sometimes)
Last thing: next time don't make a level with so much brightness like in the second one, it is very unrealistic.
How come this has no reviews? This has been out for a while now and

i tried the the house 1
and more ahead was very laggy for the chains
and...
the house 2 was good (appart finish ironically outside of the tree's course xD)
Ps. may you should add some invisible wall to protect any bug or mapping error.

read your notes, once you have the eyes stuff you have to leave the mansion with the key
