Allied Generals Shattered Alliance (AGSA) is a total conversion modification for Red Alert 2 - Yuri's Revenge using Ares and Phobos engine extension tools.
In 1958, an ESDF research team was sent to Poland to observe a Chrono Vortex which had appeared over Warsaw, Old Town. Although incredibly destructive and lethal to organic, carbon-based forms, the stability of the vortex was a rare opportunity to observe a phenomenon which defied the rules of time and space.
The lead scientist of that team would briefly interact with that rift and remarkably they were not vaporized. Instead, they would gain insight into a war-ravaged world. This vision would lead to the development of the prototype harvester. Its power generator simultaneously produced an anti-gravity propulsion field and an anti-kinetic barrier at the same time.
Unfortunately, that leader scientist is now terminally insane after exposure to the rift. Their last recorded words were “Doom Desire”. Modern ESDF harvesters are powered by the same generators but the advanced shielding is intermittent to avoid serious health implications.
Attempts to upscale or retrofit the same engine into other designs has so far proven unsuccessful.
The Harvester is an amphibious resource collector for the ESDF forces. Although unarmed, the harvester can intermittently generate a force shield which will reduce incoming damage whilst active.
