So this will come out with english subs or english voice over? Is there anyway to get the english subs now through another mod or something. I have no clue how things like this work so please excuse me if this sounds crazy lol.

I have noticed that alot of mods that are running in this years mod of the year, half of them are not even released yet. So how can you vote on something that you have never experianced.Im confused about this, its like voting the next call of duty game best shooter of 2013
