You need flares for the vent sections
Using Unreal Engine 5 for this one. Not taking VR off the table, but it isn't something I'm pursuing with this version mostly because I don't know how well it will run, but would love to explore VR in this universe at some stage
Hey there, maybe try downloading the lastest version of GZDoom and dragging the totalchaos.pk3 onto the GZDoom.exe. That might fix it.
I've... ummm.... lost count O_O its been so long
You should be able to drag and drop the totalchaos.pk3 file onto your GZDoom app and it should run :)
How much RAM do you have? I haven't been able to track down the cause of the crashes myself but my best guess is its capping on memory. Does the Retro version run for you?
Thanks for playing! Glad you're enjoying it. Yes, have played WRATH (back when it first came out), its very well put together. Waiting for them to release out of Early Access before jumping back in and trying out all the new content.
Fix inbound!
Should be able to configure it inside the options menu, although I haven't tried it myself so I don't have any solid advice I'm afraid.
CONTAINS SPOILERS:
You get a code when finishing the game, 9110.
You gotta enter this code in the door panel down the left pipe hallway at the start of the game.
Linux Flatpak now available. Big thanks to AsciiWolf for getting this up and running!
Flathub.org
NG+ is only activated when restarting the game, so there isn't a need to bring save files across. You access it on the left side tunnel at the start, where the keypad is. Code is 9110
Not much new compared to the previous DC release. Just fixing some bugs
Thanks! Glad you like it :D
This is the NG+ code, you find it at the end of the game during the credits sequence (9110)
Sorry to hear, might be a memory issue. See if the latest GZDoom build resolves this Zdoom.org
Either version is valid, this version contains a few extra levels, monsters and weapons
There is a dynamite stick earlier in the map, hidden in the area with all the spiders and tongue monsters. You need to blow it up with a dynamite stick, no other weapons do damage to it.
That is been developed as a mod for TC. No updates that I am aware of on it.
It should, but I've seen reports that some stuff is missing. Will investigate
Will see if I can reproduce this on my end, sorry about that!
It sometimes can depend on the level that is been loaded. Have been trying to reduce the load times of this but sadly I'm bottle necked with the use of .md3 files for models. Only recommendation I have sadly is giving Retro a try since it drastically reduces polycounts and size of these.
Hey everyone, sorry for not been so active here as of late. I've had the perfect storm of work, freelance jobs and personal stuff pull me away. I haven't forgotten about you all!
Still working on another definitive update that should hopefully resolve most of the bugs and crashes that have been encountered. No solid date on when this will be yet, but hopefully very very soon.
There is a code you have to enter on a door at the start of the mod (in the sewer tunnels). Ill PM it to you
I need to fix the readme (was supposed to go out with this patch but I missed it!). This version fixes the intro sequence having a wrongly formatted texture getting in the way. The only change in this release is the totalchaos.pk3 file.
Not much, mostly bringing back NG+ and getting the Retro version up and running with the DC content. Also fixed a couple bugs here and there
