Well the fact that they haven't rushed it due to Black Mesa and aren't bowing to the pressure of people to use the textures from it, we can assume that they are devoted to making a great mod to the best of their ability

This looks like it is going to be a great mod but, if I may make a suggestion, I would wait until the sequel to the movie (The Collection) comes out. You could release it at the same time if you were ready but this is merely a suggestion.

Ignore all the haters, this will be a great mod. People shouldn't even compare it to Black Mesa.
