i belive you cant build them in gc, only with a special builing in skirmish sadly

yes you can build them in the mod, i believe one of the hero's commands a K'vort class and the show did featured them but not as much as, lets say the vor'cha class.

i think because the ship's main abillety was the seperation and that cant be in sins though it would be cool
