Wrath of Khan, best ST movie to this day, also love the new neb effects. Will they actually have an effect on units, ie reduced firepower etc

I imagine a Mutara-type Nebula would disable shields, slow impulse speed, and lower accuracy?

In the original game the Mutara nebula would disable warp, sensors and targeting scanners so you would require manual targeting.
