follow igigog Modding book on "anm_reload" i suggest speed up the "snd_reload" by "Audacity" in % some thing like this 150% than you get the number on the back of "anm_reload" than calculate using
this formula
(animation speed)/100 * (new sound speed) = New animation speed

example
4/100*150 = 6
6 = New animation speed
i this will help you speed up the reload animation

i have play this mod long time ago 1.44 Tiberium silo use to generate extra income.
but now in 1.5.11 [OPEN FORMAT FILES] it no longer generate income but still have sound what happen to them ?
