After adding in other starting factions, I then altered the mission AI to be more "human like". You be the judge. I would enjoy feedback of what you DID and DID NOT like in the mission for future mission remasters. I would also enjoy knowing which missions you would like to replay as other factions.

I know this mission is HARD, even on normal. You will have to un-train some of your learned behavior on playing an AI. They will not always be predictable. They will not always come at you from the same direction. They will adjust to gathered intel and they will flank you! Design elements have been added to bring vlaue out of every unit's ability.

I receive two forms of currency when doing work like this... The first is the satisfaction that comes from creating. I love the game and coding which when combined allow me to "solve problems" and turn ideas into something I can play against. The other form is simply feedback. Please let me know what you think, GOOD or BAD.

Yes and no. It is possible to mod each map to be more human like... but not as an encapsulated module to add easily. I am working on a few more maps I think could have been better.

Curious, did you like the "feel" of the AI? Any examples?

Oh, I extracted the map on the documents folder of the game since they both have maps folder so I was wondering why the maps didn't appear. Oops lol

anyway in my game I have those black spots right around trees and some of the ground become purple while the mod cinematics is running? can you help me figure out why? but there is no problem playing

btw I'm using vanilla and steam version of the game.

cancel that I made some errors and managed to fix the black spots and purple textures sorry about that

Oh yeah in case anyone is wondering my first error is I place the map in Documents\Command & Conquer 3 Kane's Wrath\Maps hence why the map won't appear. The correct way is to place it in AppData\Roaming\Command & Conquer 3 Kane's Wrath\Maps as stated in the download instruction.

the black trees/purple texture thingy is what happened when I accidentally put some files for Tib Wars in Kane Wrath. Verifying the files on steam fixed it but I had to redo the 4gb patch for the exe.

b8factor - Cool map btw its more alive than the vanilla mission and it took me 10 attempts at normal but I finally manage to win it. also any more missions planned?

Which faction did you play as? I enjoyed seeing the difference of each faction. Question, do you think I should add Scin?

Yes, working on a new missions right now. I converted the C&C3; Scin Croatia map to "Choose your faction". I am contemplating doing just that change for each map and then slowly deciding to mod the AI to make them more adaptive.

I confess I am a GDI fan first, NOD second, and just play Scin to finish the campaign. So with that in mind, modding the Scin maps to allow GDI and NOD give a real return on investment for me because I now can explore the maps I did not play often with new factions.

PS I did make another map years ago, it is on MODDB also. "Shaka Zulu". It is quite hard.

i used NOD because i can combine both NOD and GDI when i focus on the left side of the map in order to steal the base on the opposite side of the map and i think playing as GDI you have some minor things locked but NOD have everything unlocked

in terms of overall performance i do prefer GDI but there is something fun in NOD that makes me love them too if that makes sense

i barely play as scrin so i don't know but maybe others that enjoyed them would love to have them. i don't mind the options and if the mission is too hard i also don't mind stealing their stuff if i can haha. above all else i love killing them in skirmish tho something satisfying in killing aliens.
