RPG Maker doesn't support Smartphones yet? this game would be kinda cool up on the mobile market. (also work on a spiffy UI design, it'll shine more dudeskus)

Def tracking, good to see a 3Dbased indie RPG, the combat system looks a little like this game for Dreamcast called "Time Stalkers". Its cool that you integrated turn based with tactics. Very awesome. can't wait to see the final product.
