I'm not sure what's happened or what I haven't done but the shadows are very pixilated, Liara's face is completely dark in the level up/skills section.
I've changed the values to those recommended in the read me, and cleared the shader cache.
I've just noticed that my Mass Effect folder is 19.6gb and not 20gb, so perhaps not everything installed correctly.
I'll run as administrator to see if that helps

I know there are set backs and no funding for this kind of thing but we're already over half way through 2013. Surely this is extremely close to being ready for release?
Lost Alpha is the perfect example of why I love and HATE mods. Especially huge mods/remakes like this and Black Mesa.
Sure Black Mesa eventually came out half finished but after how long.. And don't get me wrong I understand why it takes so long with countless setbacks and delays and no funding etc.
But I just hate waiting on something so exciting with no foreseeable release time frame and it takes YEARS :(

Now hopefully it'll be easy for someone to add the simple weapon holster animation into Mass Effect 3.

With the Hardcore option enabled all first person meshes and textures are missing.

I almost wish I never found this mod until after release. I can't bring myself to play stalker without it feeling totally bland now knowing what this mod will bring once released.
It makes the full vanilla game feel like a beta
Just don't listen to them mate.. They are just obsessive little terds. There are many of us who will happily wait years for a top quality remake, and those people are the real fans
