Great mod. Thank you! <3
Great mod. Thank you! <3
Mod still works beautifully. Thank you for the content.
Nice to see modders still giving love to classics. Your English is also very good, much better than I have seen from others of Germany. Cheers, & good luck.
My comment did not seem to send before. Trying a reply.

Lord, not sure if you are still trying this, but I have been a decent fan of yours. Password is as follows:

Load game, crashes on a character. Load game, delete bugged character, try again. First mission plays, crashes after. No explanation.
XCOM 2 is a pain in the arse sometimes...
Nexus & Steam WorkShop (SWS) are the places for XCOM 2 mods.
Nexus is well known for multiple mods, whereas SWS makes everything easy & convenient (for the most part) for both the subscriber & the modder(s).
Not only that, XCOM 2 modding died rather fast due to Long War Studios having the chance to release 3 of their mods WITH the game launch, & if I am not mistaken, either they or another team created a mod where you can create your own class.
Such perks put a lot of limitation on other potential mods, since they are typically not as modular.
So... You pointlessly commented? Go ask mum for attention, kid. Grown folks here.
That usually means a corrupt or incomplete download. Download it, and also try 7zip instead.

@Creators The vanilla Vasari had the ability to consume planets via the scuttle button when the planet was selected, after certain research of course, but in the Halo universe, I see why you would rather not have that ability. I could see the UNSC using a desperate tactic like internally destroying a planet in order to block off use of that section, but not in a way that would allow people to simply wipe out an entire galaxy... I would see the flood 'possibly' doing something similar in that sort, but it wouldn't fit killing everything when they consume what is living far more often... So the possibly most complicated part? AI strictly Forerunner race, using that ability with research to wipe out the galaxy? I'm no coder or modeller, but that all sounds way too time consuming and complicated, even if the forerunners became a playable faction later on!
@Spetsnaz666 -I'm not saying your idea is valid, it's just a task that would be time consuming to do. And what happens when you play as the UNSC, and you can't do much because everywhere you explore would have been glassed? There are many variables that come into play just by adding a single item. Destroying a planet adds probably 2x as many variables, all of which will be buggy at start and require patching or regular maintenance for a proper patch to come out. In that time, they could get much farther on this mod done than they would have by incorporating such a feature so soon...
Hello, @Kitty-Hunter! When you select a vote, there should be a link for to to share near the bottom of the page. Open up the Vote Now page, and just scroll down! :)
Only thing I have ever obtained from Nexus is the FOOK2 mod for Fallout 3...
McChaffee- Nice one.
Darth252- Nobody is saying your comment wasn't allowed. But the snapping because of the community's response is unnecessary.
If you don't like it, go play Halo CE, champ.
ARMA 3 is for the pros. And we will play it like real gamers should.
If I may ask, without any real knowledge of how it works, but will you be experimenting with the possibility of bullets pinging off armour like it does to tank armour?
Or possibly adding uniforms similar to Halo Wars marines? The current ones (freedom of speech) would look better if it wasn't a whole throat to groin metal vest. Marine vests were somewhat similar in Halo 1, but also remember that those metal suits were suppose to be ODSTs. I believe I remember reading that in the Halo book, "The Flood". I personally don't believe they went from their suits to armoured suits and nothing less. Hardly the first choice I would have for a backup uniform set.
In games where reloading wouldn't empty the rest of the damned clip, I grew up always reloading. Rather have that extra 4 rounds to save my skin.
The borders on a lot of things are off... Where the border should be around the portrait in the allegiances menu, instead it is 3/4 the size. Fonts for some research also seems too large for the borders.
Nothing seems to fix this issue that I try.
Also voted for mod of the year! :D
Also, even though far from the quality you are aiming for, Lost Dragons has some potential for ideas as well!
If you guys are looking for possible animations for flood combat forms, Zombies and Demons (steam workshop) and Ravage Mod (Armaholic) both have great animations. Consider trying to partner up with them?
Make sure to include models for ladies if possible. Everyone loves variety!
Perhaps they are waiting until they release the new map 'Tanoa' sometime in 2016?
Suppose to come with new campaigns, as well...
I just left my first post on bohemia forums asking about this, then found the link. I am grateful you guys will be bringing this to Arma 3!
As soon as that gets underway, your mod might rival my love for Halo!
Hoping to donate when the port happens! Will the Tau be in the port as well? (Assuming you guys and girls are making the Tau Empire as well)
Would you consider the marines who fight wearing standard fatigues 'crewmen'? Not all troops fight in coveralls and armoured plates. Look at the marines in Halo pc c10, if I'm correct. When they fought the flood, those marines were rocking standard fatigues over plated armour... Just a question, but are standard fatigues with some ammo pouches in the future, no matter how far off?
These comments just reminded me of something... The Zombies and Demons mod could help get an idea for the flood, and their knowledge of putting such fluent custom movements might aid in the creation of the flood and visual correction of the elites... If They can team up on this, imagine how crazy the scenarios could get... Enough content for a remake of halo campaigns, or even custom made ones, built by expert modders...
You guys and girls are absolutely amazing! I love what's coming out in ARMA 3 because of your efforts! Keep up the outstanding job! :D do you have an ideas link page?
I'm scared of the answer... Are you still working on this?
If it means a lot, your mod is my first mod for SoaSE, and so far when I get it started, love it! Cheers, lad!
Anybody know where I can find new themes for Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion? I have a few mods, and some of the posters are new, but the themes (the icon above every ship) all are the same. Was hoping to get a few more choices, and possibly a few more colours...
It looks like there are quite a few questions here that have remained unanswered... :/ A quick response on how to properly download this would be nice...
None compare to the technology of Tau. All will join or fall in the name of the Greater Good...
