QuintusHortensius, with saying GB, France, Prussia, Hannover, Saxony and the USA will be featured in the next release, you mean that all those factions will have custom units instead of the generic ones? because so far the only ones edited are france and britain, you have done a great job on those by the way they are awesome!!

I also have found that when you give an order to charge to the dwarves they have a goblin voice sometimes, sometimes its just the normal dwarf charge but if you click charge a little bit more times you will hear the goblin one

Im enjoyng this mod to no end, its just great and thanks a lot for your work!!! i only have some questions/suggestions this time regarding the dwarves:
Isnt it possible to get the crossbow animation of the empire working with the dwarfs? in the empire it just seems fantastic, as i still believe medieval 2 has the best reloading animations of all the total war series, the only thing that was missing and actually ruining the experience is that they werent firing an actual arrow/bolt, instead an imaginary one, as the crossbow/bow was still, without any movement whatsoever, a sin of CA that you fixed wonderfully, but all the dwarfs crossbowmen have always their bolts in, and it doesnt seems that they reload it or really fire it, the bolt is just always there and the string is always pulled back, and that seems as weird as simply firing an imaginary bolt.
And another thing i saw,in this case regarding the lore, correct me if im wrong, is that dwarves dont use wood in their handles, but many dwarves in the mod actually have wooden handles, wouldnt be possible to change it to all have metal handles in their weapons?

Can someone please tell me how not to get crashes when i reach higher tiers and too many units are on the field, i have of course used the LAA as you said, my computer is powerful, and i play in the standard 30 infantry 30 vehicle max population, and i even avoid to play in 4 vs 4, i play 3 vs 3 players against AI because online is pretty unstable sometimes and the AI is very competent, on 4 vs 4 maps because 3 vs 3 are usually too small for the size of the battles that get started in later tiers, any ideas or anyone getting the same?

of course you need it, its not about your pc, but the game, medieval 2 runs in an old 32 bit engine, wich its usually restricted to 2 GB of ram usage, the 4 gb patch its for expanding that. If not your gamne will inevitably crash as this mod has many, many more things that medieval 2 vanilla, so it needs more memory. And also the patch is so easy to apply, what is giving you problems?

Bretonian halberdmen at arms are not counted as free upkeep units in cities and castles, even if they have the capability to create them, unlike spearmen swordsmen and archer men at arms and battle pilgrims who are counted as free upkeep, is that for some reson? or its a bug that will need to be fixed? only in forts they are counted as free upkeep

And also some buildings, like for example the fishers settlement in bretonia(thats the faction i have been playing so far and a little bit with reikland) dont give the benefits they tell you they give, +1 farms production and 0.5 population growth supposedly, but when i open the settelement details it doesnt gives anything, and some effects are inconsistent, in some cities a town hall will give you a bonus in growth of 0.5 because of health, but in a city that already has a town hall, it wont be giving you that bonus, it only gives the 0.5 when you upgrade it to council chambers, and castles dont even have that effect with the same building, the sames happens with chapels that in cities they give bonus to growth but in castles no

Great work guys!!! i cant thank you enough for making my day, really enjoying it. just a little suggestion/question, can you add selection sounds to bretonia units, i mean, when you click them? because it feels a bit dull when you click a unit at first and there is no response, just some sounds of the regular vanilla medieval 2 would sufice

Indeed, i mean, i have radically changed my thought about DoW 3, and i actually like the idea, a MOBA where you can make your own minions and control them, thats pretty much what this game is, in early game is more like starcraft, but when you start making heroes, there are like the heroes in mobas and the soldiers are the minions,thats why i hated the game and lost quite a lot, because I was playing it like a DoW game, wich this certanly isnt, what i hate is that they call it RTS, really this is kind a MOBA RTS, and its a cool concept and i can certanly enjoy it, but i also hated that they call it Dawn of War, and this wasnt what we were expecting. What i expect is that this game is quite just a fresh out of the usual DoW style and that DoW 4, and i expect they release that in a few years, is the dawn of war game it is suppposed to be, if that happens all will be forgiven.

that game has gotten far beyond the point wich any team of modders can make magic, they removed all the cool machanics DoW 2 incorporated, its system is rotten from the very core... i really dont see much hope in that game, even from mods, to getting it al least a bit decent

and also the cover system of more modern relic games, that would have been a great addition that Dow 1 didnt have, and also the good job that it has been doing with company of heroes games, where the units look actually alive, here you are commanding pretty much robots, with the exeption of the ork faction...

I played it as well, same feeling man, I think relic will put some more play modes(still i would not buy it, neither have it pirated as i think it isnt even worth the space would take on my hard drive), if not, they are even more morrons than they have been showing us lately with this poorly made mashup of moba and starcraft, i only like the animations of the buildings and some units like the assault marines, and the whole ork faction is very cool, but on gameplay and mechanics is trash, this is not a DoW game, they just used the name to get attention... such heresy...
