hey, my rotr crashes when i put the map pack in my zero hour maps folder. and why the download only has the USA missions?

I dislike the concept of "plug and play" modding. I want it like people will just customize their own Zero Hour mod and share 3d models. Too bad most forums regarding Zero Hour and Generals are mostly dead.
