If you already own Ra3 via Steam you can go ahead and just run the East Wind Installer and choose to have it install into the Mods directory folder for Ra3 in My Documents. It'll make another 'Mods' folder for you but you can just open it, find the 'Test1' folder which will be the mod itself.

Question, I reinstalled CNC collection on origin, downloaded and installed gentool and genlauncher, being that I am using genlauncher must I still rename/delete INI and Scripts files? Also, why can't I find my gamedata.ini file anywhere?

Nvm, just followed the launcher method and it is beautifully loading up.

If I'm installing the files by dropping down into the mod folder, do I have to replace the 2.0 skudef, and etc? I'm asking cause I'm not sure if I installed correctly. I deleted the old files and installed the 2.1 files and now there's no names for the maps on skirmish mode.
