How do you add a new mod to the manager? Is there a way to convert PAK to PKG files?

In the mission when you salvage the davion mechs to attack the stiener base, after the mission neither of the weapons cashes you are supposed to get unlocked are, and there is a error message out of game about not being able to access the archive. any help?

obviously, what im trying to figure out is what is the most likely thing im doing wrong. Any ideas?

I keep having the game crash on me once the loading screen for the mod shows up. I get the technical difficulties issue...however the vanilla game works fine. I have already changed the ownership, and permissions for the files, changed the.oni file, and am running XP service pack 3 compatibility, any idea why it is still crashing? I also have this problem for most mods, (somehow rise of the reds works fine)

I miss the old tiberium fields, any way they can be optionally put back in, i.e. as a stand alone file?

I cant get the mod to work, once the mods loading screen pops up the game says encountered technical difficulties however the vanilla game works fine. Any ideas, ive already changed most of the ownership and security parameters, the only ones I cant are the main folder since all of the .enh files are locked. I also changed the ONI and am running in compatibility mode XP service pack 3.
