1. fps problem: shall be eased with 5.3 version for SP hit indication calculation would be called on demand instead of 0.1s loop.
2. Headshot problem: make sure bullet meterial damage will only be amplified when hit the head, and the damage do not get the victim unrevivable.

You can make your owm bot names with Photoshop text variant and batch process function. The fonts needed already in the pack, and you can modify the color of weapon name template to make bot names. Also you have to modify the python files to define the length of names.

The Console uses a shader not identified yet so the effects is strange...
The indication does not work on LAN or MP. It will only send you red cross indication for kill if the server has more than 1 player.
Not likely with python or tweak for the rank thing is deeply integrated into bf2 exe and dll. Might be possible with memory address hack via injectors.
Nvidia has texture atlas tools which I guess will have every function you gonna need. But you may have to transform the tai file scripts to parameters that can be recognized by Nvidia texture atlas tools, perhaps via Excel.
More details: The texture you see in nametags, either friendly or enemy, comes from 2 textures. The first (ranked 0 in shader) is a texture with all player names, assembled from the bf1942sys.fnt file. The second(ranked 1 in shader) is a texutre with all icons including objects and healthbars, etc.
In my first trial I set the names of enemy to load from second texture(icons), instead of original first texture(names). It worked out well in the beginning. But when I switch to medic kit, there is a possibility that you saw an enemy's icon changed to a part of healthbar which is also part of the second texture, even though I set the coordinates to be exactly enemy icon position in the icon texture. It was a mystery perhaps DICE did not bother to solve or created by incident.
Then I had to draw a triangle and its glowing effects in the shader, instead of using given textures for the problem mentioned above. lol. This is all I have experiences about the enemy healthbar.
It is possible in python to move your camera to your killer the moment you were killed. But not convenient to focus your camera on him because python can only act on BF2 Engine events like player killed, or act on a timer loop (like 0.1s) which will make the game lag and cause other calculation in python to malfunct.
